Star, Sky and Sea class staterooms and are valid for guest one and two only. Additional guest in the stateroom must
purchase gratuities at time of final payment. STAR Class will also receive additional onboard credit based on 5% of
the base fare not including port fees and taxes.  At time of deposit gust must register on-line with Royal Caribbean

Class — Luxury That’s Anything But Boring. Royal Suite Class is an elevated onboard experience for suite guests, combining the unmatched
range of innovative Royal Caribbean suite-category accommodations with superior service, exclusive access and personalization of guests’
cruise experiences. Within its three tiers — Star, Sky and Sea — this program offers exclusive access to lounges and
dining venues while onboard, attentive services and additional stateroom amenities.

2. What stateroom categories are included in the Royal Suite Class program?

The Royal Suite Class is broken out into three tiers: Star, Sky, & Sea

3. Is Royal Suite Class available fleetwide?

Royal Suite Class is available on the new Symphony of the Seas debuting in spring 2018, as well as Oasis of the Seas, Allure of the
Seas, Harmony of the Seas, Anthem of the Seas and Ovation of the Seas (Alaska, Singapore and Sydney Products Only).

4. Which suites will include the Royal Genie experience?

All suites within the Star tier will receive the Royal Genie experience.

5. Can a guest sailing in Star accommodations request a specific Royal Genie while on their cruise?

Guests will not be able to choose a preferred Royal Genie. However, our guests can be assured that every Royal Genie is ready to make
their vacation an unforgettable one.

6. What are the exclusive communications a guest receives when booking the Royal Suite Class Program?

In the weeks before your clients sail, with some help on your end, the Royal Genies will learn their specific preferences, so they may
turn the most unforgettable vacation dreams into a reality.

• 6 weeks before: A Royal Genie will contact you to forward your clients an important survey about their preferences.
Based off the information provided, the Royal Genie will begin preparations to personalize their vacation accordingly.

• 2 weeks before: The Royal Genie will contact your clients to confirm arrival information via e-mail.

• 10 days before: The Royal Genie will invite your clients to download the Loop app – an exclusive Star Tier messaging tool
that allows fast, easy and convenient communication b

7. Who will be contacting the guest pre-cruise to finalize all of their reservations?

Every guest is encouraged to pre-book their activities through Cruise Planner. For all Star Tier guests, the Royal Genie will take care
of any reservations onboard the ship.

8. At what point can guests begin making their precruise reservations (dining, shore excursions, etc?)

clients will be able to reserve dining, shore excursions and other activities approximately 90 days prior to sailing. For all Star Tier
guests, the Royal Genie will take care of any reservations onboard the ship.

9. Will there still be availability since the Royal Genie is reserving onboard for dining, shore excursions, etc.?

Absolutely. As a Star Tier guest, the Royal Genie will work to ensure that all of your client’s needs and plans are accommodated.

10. Can guests pay to receive the Royal Genie experience?
No, this is not a service that can be purchased. It is an amenity exclusive to all Star Tier guests

12. Can a guest host a dinner party in their suite?

Guests are welcome to plan events and activities in their suite. The Royal Genie and Concierge can help arrange such experiences
onboard but additional charges may be incurred, depending on the request.

13. Can the Royal Genie accompany a guest on their planned shore excursions?

The Royal Genie will make all reservations for the guest. While guests are enjoying their time in port, the Royal Genie will be preparing for
the guest’s arrival.

14. How can a guest reach their Royal Genie?

10 days before sailing: Your clients Royal Genie will invite you to download the Loop app – an exclusive Star Tier messaging tool that
allows fast, easy and convenient communication between them and their Royal Genie. Loop will be available from point of download
until four days after their cruise. It will be the communication tool used throughout the cruise.
